 What you need to bring to Tryout:

All CEVA members will be required to complete the online Membership Registration Process. Please complete the process BEFORE attending tryouts (bring the paperwork with you to tryouts). If you are attending multiple tryouts, bring a copy of the paperwork to EACH tryout. Click on the "Membership Registration" link below. (Registration opens October 1st, 2008).

This form is included on line when you register with CEVA.

4. Nafanua VBC Registration form. 

Print this form, fill the blanks and bring it with you to tryout or send in as soon as you can before tryout.  You also may email this form to us anytime before tryout.

Please make the effort to arrive 30 minutes early for any extra paperwork you may require to complete.

Fee for tryout is $25.00 . The fee will cover insurance, facility and

t-shirt.

 Parents:

If your daughter will be attending tryout, you must be present before and after tryout to complete all the neccessary paperwork for your daughter to be on the team.

It is your responsibility to make sure you are registered on line at the CEVA website before you come to tryout. You do not need to pay the fee that will appeared on your registration form. Your daughter's club dues will cover that registration fee.
